1. Services

Big Bubbles Laundry L.L.C provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and related garment care services. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

• Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or customer service team.
• Once an order is placed, our team will confirm the pickup date and time.
• Big Bubbles Laundry L.L.C reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed on our website and may be updated periodically.
• Final charges may vary based on the actual items received and their condition.
• Payments must be made via cash, card, or approved online payment methods at the time of delivery or through prepaid plans.

4. First-Time Customer Offer

Get AED 50 OFF on your first order, valid on a minimum order value of AED 120. Conditions:

• Applicable only to first-time customers with unique phone number and email ID.
• Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Minimum spend requirement must be met after adding all items.
• The company reserves the right to verify identity and cancel misuse of the offer.

5. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup and delivery timings are subject to availability in your area.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or operational constraints.
• Customers must ensure availability at the scheduled time.

6. Garment Care & Liability

We take utmost care in cleaning and handling your garments. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened fabrics, color bleeding, shrinkage, or issues caused by manufacturer defects.
• Items without care labels will be cleaned using the method deemed most appropriate.
• In case of loss or damage caused solely by us, compensation is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of the item, not exceeding AED 200 per item.

7. Unclaimed Items

Items not collected or deliverable after 30 days from the delivery date will be considered abandoned. Big Bubbles Laundry L.L.C reserves the right to dispose of such items without further notice.

8. Re-cleaning Policy

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning:

• You must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
• The item will be re-cleaned free of charge.
• No cash refunds will be provided.

9. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Check your pockets for valuables (cash, cards, jewellery, electronics, etc.).
• Accurately count and verify items during pickup and delivery.
• Provide correct delivery information and contact details.

We are not liable for any items left in pockets or miscounted items not verified at pickup.

10. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations or modifications must be communicated at least 2 hours before pickup. If a driver has already been dispatched, a pickup fee may apply.

11. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. By using our services, you consent to the storage and processing of your information for service-related communication and promotions.

12. Limitation of Liability

Big Bubbles Laundry L.L.C will not be held responsible for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays in service due to force majeure events
• Customer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of garments after delivery

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
